UnityPoint Health-Trinity is expanding our Nursing leadership team within Clinical Resource Team. This added leadership position reflects our continued growth and commitment to excellence in patient care.
Under the general direction of the Director of Critical Care/Clinical Resource Team, the RN Manager, assumes 24-hour responsibility for coordinating, planning and evaluating nursing procedures (primarily technicians) and personnel in the delivery of care to patients. Plans and problem solves with other department managers on issues relating to patient care.

Perform duties of Staff Nurse as needed which includes assessing patients’ condition, developing patient care plans, administering medication and documenting observation and treatments given.
Promotes positive medical staff relations.
Education:
Diploma from an RN Program, BSN Preferred
Experience:
3 years management experience preferred
Licensure:
Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
