Maintenance Technician
Full-time, 1.0 FTE
2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Under general guidance of Maintenance Technician Senior and supervision by the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician shall be responsible for the safe and efficient operations, preventive maintenance, routine maintenance and repairs of, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical equipment, i.e., steam boilers, all HVAC systems, all refrigeration systems, emergency generators, utility distribution systems, all chilled water equipment, building automation systems, buildings, plumbing, sanitary, medical gasses, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, nurse call systems and audiovisual equipment (televisions, VCR’s, etc.).

Education:
| High School Diploma | Trade School Diploma |
Experience:
| 3 years’ experience and successful completion of a trade school program in a related field -OR- 5 years of comprehensive maintenance knowledge and ability to work independently | Prior experience in maintenance work within a healthcare environment. |
License(s)/Certification(s):
| Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
| One or combination of: · Licensed HVAC Tech · Universal CFC Certified · Journeyman Plumber

| Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. |
