Join our Team as Unit Based Educator!

Are you an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a dynamic and specialized environment? UnityPoint Health-Des Moines is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Dialysis RN Educator to join our team.

In this role, you will provide direct, specialized care to patients on our Inpatient Dialysis Unit, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing is required

• Experience:
  • Two years of nursing experience is required
  • Inpatient Dialysis experience is preferred 

• Licensure:
  • Current RN licensure in good standing with the State of Iowa.
  • Certified in BLS and ACLS (or must obtain within 3 months of hire)
  • Certification in area of specialty preferred
