Full Time - 1.0 FTE

Day Shift - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

Responsibilities

  • Working in a Storefront Setting - Providing comprehensive customer service + care to patients requiring medical epquipment. 
  • Promote HME Products and Services – Establish and maintain direct, ongoing relationships with key facilities and referral sources in the community to drive awareness and utilization of home medical equipment.

  • Provide First-Hand Insurance Verifciation + Processing - Work with patients to obtain insurance information in order to be submitting for billing. 

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school or vocational school graduate or an equivalent combination of education + experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or customer service role in the HME or similar industry
