Responsibilities

  • New Hire Onboarding & Administrative Support
    Facilitate onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials, submitting I-9 and badge documentation, coordinating hardware/software setup, and assisting new hires with Day 1 needs. Provide general administrative support including mail distribution, document handling, and task communication.

  • Technology & Equipment Coordination
    Submit and track IT service requests, troubleshoot basic tech issues, manage computer and phone inventory, and order lab/IT supplies. Support clinicians by maintaining scanners, wound kits, and other medical supplies.

  • Office Operations & Facility Maintenance
    Maintain a clean and organized office environment, restock supply rooms, and handle deliveries. Provide friendly front-desk support, assist visitors and staff, and ensure supplies are communicated and distributed efficiently.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate degree in business, health administration, related field, or equivalent experience.

License(s)/Certification(s):

  • Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

Experience:

  • Must be comfortable working with + troubleshooting equipment like laptops/iPhones.
