Program Highlights

· A 12-month program to support you in the transition into professional practice.

· A series of thoughtfully developed sessions that will enhance skills in critical thinking, assessment, leadership and clinical decision making.

· Participation in this program is a part of the regular work assignment.

· Dedicated nurse educators are available both during and following the program.

Nurse Resident Required Program Participation during the 12 month program:

· Monthly cohort meetings

· Monthly self paced program content

· Completion of Residency Project

Education:

• Diploma from an RN program.

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.
• Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
