Contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the management of bed placement on appropriate units related to diagnosis and level of care working collaboratively with each unit and make sure there is appropriate staffing to support the safety and care of the patient. They will collaborate with physicians for patients directly admitted to the hospital and get the appropriate information to make this transition successful. Will complete ancillary work to track and pass information on to the appropriate areas, help maintain a physician call list, assist with getting help where needed on the units, including specialty assistance such as lines, wound vacs or work in cooperation to find assistance as needed.

Education:
| Graduate of accredited nursing program (Must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire) | Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree in Nursing |
Experience:

| One (1) year of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency. |
License(s)/Certification(s):
| · Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa. · Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) within three (3) months from date of hire. |
