Assists the pharmacy, nursing, and medical staff in obtaining accurate home medication lists from patients being admitted to the hospital and conveying that information electronically to the patient record.

Education:

Experience:

| At least one (1) year of hospital or retail pharmacy experience. |
License(s)/Certification(s):
| · Certified as Pharmacy Technician (CPhtT) per state or federal regulations. · Registration in good standing with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy · Incumbent must pass internal Omnicell and IV Competency exams. · Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. |
