Education:
| High school diploma or equivalent |

Experience:
| Working knowledge of computers with basic proficiency Working knowledge of radio communications and radio terminology is preferred. | Previous dispatch experience. Knowledge of EMS community. Experience in aviation operations |
License(s)/Certification(s):
| Paramedic certification or equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. |

| Ability to multi-task. Multicultural Sensitivity Microsoft Office-basic computer skills Customer/Patient focus Critical thinking skills using independent judgement in making decisions Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional, educational, and diverse lifestyle backgrounds | Medical Terminology. |
