Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative Support – Perform a variety of operational and clerical tasks, effectively utilizing software applications, assisting managers and employees, and supporting daily office needs.

  • Facilitate Communication & Collaboration – Communicate professionally with internal and external individuals, participate in meetings, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Apply Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills – Independently apply critical thinking to resolve issues, assist with assigned functions as needed, and manage general administrative activities.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate degree in business, health administration, related field, or equivalent experience. 

Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software applications-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe. 
  • Typing ability of 50 wpm and kph. 

License(s)/Certification(s): 

  • Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
