Provides leadership and direction for all Abbe Community Mental Health Center services. Establishes strategic priorities, assures that high-quality evidenced-based practices are implemented, ensures compliance to state and federal requirements and that the MH Center remains financially sustainable.

Education:
| · Master’s Degree |

Experience:
| · 5 years of supervisory experience and · 5 years of experience in healthcare or human services. |
|
License(s)/Certification(s):
| · Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work- related reasons.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
| · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. · Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. · Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive results. · Good communication skills, both written and spoken · Strong change management skills to keep team members informed and engaged · Knowledge in finance and budgeting
