Assists the Gift & Flower Shop Manager in overseeing the daily operations and inventory control systems of the IMMC/BCH, Plaza, MWH, and ILH Gift & Flower shops. This position ensures that the inventory is loaded into the inventory system timely and accurately with correct pricing. Successful fulfillment of these responsibilities contributes to the smooth operation of the shop and to positive relations with customers, staff, volunteers, Volunteer Services, Auxiliary, accounting, and vendors. This position helps ensure quality service is provided to patients, visitors, and staff, and that a positive working environment is provided.
Assists Gift Shop Manager in the management of inventory, inventory system, receiving and distribution of merchandise.

Experience:
| · Retail experience. · Inventory experience. · | · Experience working with volunteers recommended. |
