As part of the College team, provides professional customer service to anyone who enters the library. Understands the importance of attention to detail in all aspects of bookstore management, customer service, and maintenance of the library catalog. As a member of the College team the Student Success Assistant oversees the management of the library collection to ensure content meets the needs of all patrons. This position also establishes and maintains systems for assuring effective and efficient library services, including policies and procedures, automation systems, reference systems, and staffing practices. Promotes the library’s services within all patron groups, UnityPoint Health, and the community.
Additional responsibilites will include teaching in the discipline specific to their educational background and competence. The Instructor develops course materials, instructional techniques and learning experiences for students. The Instructor is expected to plan, organize, and teach in a manner consistent with the College's mission and values. The Instructor promotes and directs successful learning in an environment that encourages student involvement and success.

| Previous teaching experience with evidence of success | Online, hybrid, face to face education experience. Prefer in healthcare education |
