Mental Health Professional - Employment Specialist
Full-Time; FTE 1.0
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm

The Employment Specialist provides case management and employment-based services to severely mentally ill adults in the community. The Employment Specialist manages care under the direct supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and performs diagnostic assessment, connects clients to competitive employment, coordinates treatment planning, and monitors clients through the treatment process. Facilitates coordination of care with mental health team(s) to optimize individual treatment plans and safety of the behavioral health care client.
