Uses specialized knowledge or skills to perform hardware support and repairs for user departments across the affiliates. Resolves hardware, software, and communication problems/conflicts/defects. Will interact with customers, recommend and purchase inventory, and control supplies and/or parts. Works with the Hardware Tech Lead, Service Center, all Information Technology departments, especially Infrastructure Support, Infrastructure Implementation, Asset Administration, and Information Protection. Promote team effort in reaching solutions to customer needs.
Supports Corporate Unified Communications and Video Conferencing solutions as required. Performs quarterly end of lease activities as assigned. Works on local and enterprise IT projects. Work with the Technical Leads and Manager of PC Support and other IT management and staff, and internal entities providing efficient and effective hardware / software desktop support including project workflow needs as determined.
