1 year as a lead or supervisor
ServSafe Food Protection Manager (Training Provided)
Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English.
Microsoft Office – basic computer skills.
Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
Machines: Soft serve machine, coffee urn, iced tea machine, salad bar, hot steam table, fountain pop, refrigerators, freezers, knives, and any other pertinent food service equipment.
