Prepare, provide and serve attractive and quality food with a friendly, safe and courteous manner to all patients in accordance with all department policies & procedures. Oversee Tray Passers, ensuring trays and unit kitchen floor stock are delivered timely.

| Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English. Multicultural sensitivity. Microsoft Office – basic computer skills. Customer/patient focused. Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.

| Machines: Soft serve machine, coffee urn, iced tea machine, salad bar, hot steam table, fountain pop, refrigerators, freezers, knives, and any other pertinent food service equipment.
