Responsibilities

  • Reviews, prioritizes, and responds appropriately to incoming correspondence, including but not limited to phone calls, e-mails, faxes, etc.
  • Maintains vice president’s calendar and makes appropriate preparation for meetings/calls, including but not limited to audio/visual equipment, refreshments, all travel arrangements, etc.
  • Processes invoices, maintenance, check & printing requests, expense reports, Service Now requests and other forms as needed.
  • Types and completes minutes, reports and other documents as needed and maintains paper and electronic files.
  • Completes projects as assigned by executive within assigned time period.
  • Other Administrative Professional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

Minimum Requirements

Preferred or Specialized

Education:

 

 

 

High School graduate or equivalent.

 

·  Post-secondary training and/or secretarial degree.

·  Coursework in utilization of software, interpersonal skills, ie: conflict resolution, team building and time management.

Experience:

 

 

 

 

Minimum 5 years advanced secretarial experience or equivalent education.

·  Experience in healthcare and/or management setting.

License(s)/Certification(s):

 

 

 

 

Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

 

 

 

 

Advanced knowledge in operation of PC and with software applications to include Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Publisher)

 

Typing 60-80 WPM with minimum error.

 

Other:

 

 

 

Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.
