We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician Senior to join our Maintenance department. Work hours will be days, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, for 80 hours per pay period, and as needed.
The Maintenance Technician Senior shall be responsible for the safe and efficient operations, installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, routine maintenance and repairs of, but not limited to, mechanical and electrical equipment, i.e., steam boilers, all HVAC systems, all refrigeration systems, emergency generators, utility distribution systems, all chilled water equipment, building automation systems, buildings, plumbing, sanitary, medical gasses, sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, nurse call systems and audiovisual equipment (televisions, VCR’s, etc.). This role performs skills work of considerable technical difficulty on mechanical and electrical equipment or systems and or the building structures in the skilled trades categories and assists and trains others.

Education:
| Associate’s Degree or Trade School Diploma in technical field.
Documentable attendance at seminars and training sessions, approximately 1 per year of experience minimum. | Bachelors in related field.
Documentable attendance at seminars and training sessions within the healthcare industry, approximately 1 per year of experience minimum. |
Experience:
| 7 years’ experience in highly technical role and ability to work independently. | Prior experience in highly technical role within a healthcare environment. |
License(s)/Certification(s):
| Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
One or combination of: · Licensed Electrician · Licensed HVAC Tech · NICET 1 Certified · Universal CFC Certified
