Part-time; Weekend Package; Days/Nights; 4 out of 5 weekends

Weekend #3 – A Shift – (0645-1915)

Weekend #4 – B Shift – (1845-0715)

Weekend #5 – Off

Sign-On Bonus:

• BSN - $10,000.00 based on FTE
• ADN - $5,000.00 based on FTE

Weekend Package (.71 FTE) – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – Alternating Shifts from Days and Nights.  Shifts will be B shift (nights 1845-0715) first weekend, then A Shift (days 0645-1915) next weekend, then A shift and then B shift, then weekend off.  Schedule B, A, A, B, Off.

Needs to be flexible and agreeable to work rotating shifts as necessary

• RN – Staff nurse to eventually take share of charge nurse duties 
• Will work the Inpatient, Outpatient, Pre/Post/PACU, ED and Infusion

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
•  Graduate from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse
•  Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established the Iowa Board of Nursing
•  Ability to read, write and speak English
•  BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, priority setting, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Possess adequate computer knowledge and skills - not limited to the following (Word, Excel, EPIC) preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional, educational and lifestyle backgrounds
