Overview

Community Memorial Hospital- UnityPoint Health Sumner

 

  • RN (.9 FTE) – Staff nurse to eventually take share of charge nurse duties 
  • Will work the Inpatient, Outpatient, ED and Infusion

                                     

Hours:

  • 36 hours per week  – Night Shift  - 7p – 7a
  • Needs to be flexible and agreeable to work rotating shifts as necessary
  • Every 3rd weekend rotation and Holiday rotation

Sign-on Bonus! 

  • BSN - $10,000.00 based on FTE
  • ADN  - $5,000.00 based on FTE

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, priority setting, problem solving, and organizational skills 
  • Possess adequate computer knowledge and skills - not limited to the following (Word, Excel, EPIC) preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with people of diverse professional, educational and lifestyle backgrounds

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurse
  • Current license in the state of Iowa or meets criteria established the Iowa Board of Nursing
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • BLS, PALS, ACLS, & TNCC – (preferred) and required per licensure after hire if not already certified
