Responsibilities

Obtains medical history, reviews patient records, performs physical exam, orders lab and diagnostic procedures, administers injections.

Qualifications

Graduate from accredited PA program. Certification from the National Commission of Certification of PA's and Iowa State licensure is required. Minimum of two years experience working with occupational medicine patients preferred.
