Overview

Assists in the daily operations of academic affairs processes, documentation, archival, and communication. Coordinates with the Chancellor and other leadership to retrieve and organize data/artifacts/documentation necessary for accreditation and other reports within the purview of academic affairs. Retrieves and distributes data and documentation to appropriate department leads within the college as it relates to academic affairs operations. Must have excellent writing skills and be able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Academic Affairs Material Retrieval, Review, and Organization

Includes but is not limited to:

·        Accreditation standard/policy reports, data, and artifact collection and organization

·        Faculty evaluation reporting

·        Student and faculty handbook formatting and policy review

·        Affiliation and articulation agreement archival

·        Strategic planning duties

·        NC-SARA renewal

·        Academic affairs processes record keeping and archival

·        Policy review, update, and maintenance

·        Drafting and creating documents

·        All other duties assigned per the Chancellor and/or Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs

Transferology Maintenance

·        Collaborate with admissions/recruitment to determine which colleges are targeted

·        Enter courses through Transferology program to assist with degree audit efficiency

Qualifications

 

Minimum Requirements

Education:

 

Bachelor’s degree

Master’s degree

Experience:

Five years of office experience and exposure to higher ed

Five years of direct experience working with Microsoft Office (or similar product)

License(s)/Certification(s):

Knowledge of:
