Shift: M-F, 40 hours per week

This position leads the acute inpatient Younker Rehabilitation teams on the IMMC and ILH campuses.  Is an advocate for the prevention of disability for persons with physical impairments and in successful reentry into community living.  Provides strategic vision and direction, defining and accomplishing stretch goals for the post-acute leadership team.  Demonstrates current knowledge to guide assigned leaders in managing the business aspects of services including operational budget and capital planning, ethical billing and revenue practices, and exceeding standards set by governmental regulations and accrediting bodies.  Acts as a consultant within UnityPoint Health and the community to advance the care of persons served through innovative use of resources across the continuum.

Responsibilities

Responsible for creating a culture of innovation, learning, teamwork and professional practice, consistent with the mission, vision and values of Trinity Regional Medical Center. 

Qualifications

Must have an Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred. A minimum of five years of progressive health care experience and leadership is required. Individuals with nursing degrees must have a current Iowa license; other disciplines must have appropriate license if required for their professional discipline.
