Hiring immediately! The Pharmacist implements pharmaceutical services to patients by providing accurately compounded and dispensed medications and various clinical functions, including, but not limited to, therapeutic drug monitoring and patient appropriate dosing.

Provide patient-oriented pharmacy services.
The Staff Pharmacist evaluates physician orders for appropriateness, completes order verification, participates in and/or supervises the preparation and delivery of medications to patient care areas, and assists with inventory management.
The Staff Pharmacist will provide direct patient care services and also serve as a resource for drug information to the medical and nursing staff.
Education: Must be a graduate of an approved College of Pharmacy and possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD. Pharmacist license in the states of IA and IL required within 90 days of hire.
License(s)/Certification(s):Pharmacist license or eligible licensure in both Illinois and Iowa.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Efficient time management and prioritization of work. Demonstrates accountability, flexibility, and teamwork.
Other: Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position.]
