Under the supervision of the Director, provides clinical supervision for the Case Management staff and provides clinical supervision for all Community Support Program clients.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Social work, Psychology, or related filed; 5 years experience in a mental health setting, two years of which are in a supervisory role required. Masters degree preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES &; SKILLS: Must have supervisory skills necessary to effectively manage all Community Support Program Case Management staff. Must have interpersonal skills to make independent decisions when necessary, and to deal effectively with patients, patients' families, professional agencies, psychiatrists and hospital staff. Needs knowledge of community service resources. Must have analytical ability necessary to make decisions regarding staffing, appropriate clinical programming, and patients placement. Must have writing skills necessary to produce policies and procedures, and other program related documents.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or licensed eligible required.
