**$10,000 New Hire Sign-on Bonus**

Shift Differential: $5.00/hour between 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM; $7.50/hour between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM **(at minimum of 4 hours worked)**

Weekend Differential: An additional $7.50/hour between Fridays at 11:00 PM - Mondays at 7:00 AM

Utilizing the Nursing Process, coordinates and implements care of patients within an assigned unit of the hospital under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Patient Care Manager. Performs work of considerable difficulty. Represents nursing within Trinity Medical Center and works to improve the health of the communities we serve.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:Must be a graduate of accredited School of Nursing. Previous acute care experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS: The following is required:Knowledge of the nursing care required for patients throughout the age continuum;Ability to use the nursing process; Knowledge of teaching/learning theoriesAbility to critically think, problem solve; plan, organize, and coordinate patient care activitiesAbility to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing .

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in the State of Iowa and Illinois. Must maintain current and CPR Certification.
