Under the general supervision of the Director of Support Services, performs scheduling, clerical, registration, billing and receptionist functions for the Robert Young Center for Community Mental Health. Assists with supervision and coordination of activities for the Support Service Technicians. Reviews and monitors state reports from the Office of Mental Health and Office of Alcohol and substance abuse.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent required. Two years experience in admitting, registration, insurance billing, and/or verification preferable in a hospital setting. Business courses are desirable. Previous experience in scheduling staff and previous mental health experience desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS: Must be able to type, use calculator,fax machine, copier and computer, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, and office Must be able to communicate and listen effectively. Must have interpersonal skills necessary to deal with the public, hospital personnel and patients. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
