Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the CSP Clinical Manager, serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team that recovery oriented in-home and community based services for adults with mental illnesses in the community.

Qualifications

A. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Must able to read, write, and communicate effectively. Individual must have a lived experience with mental illness; the individual will have a high school diploma/GED. B. KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & SKILLS: Must have interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with persons with a mental illness and professional agencies. Needs knowledge of community resources. C. LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS: None; ability to be certified by the State of Illinois as a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS).
